Protein O-GlcNAcylation is a common posttranslational modification of cellular proteins and regulates various functions of numerous proteins. Dr. Gong will discuss their discoveries of the important roles of O-GlcNAcylation in neurodegeneration of Alzheimer’s disease and in other aspects of brain physiology and pathology
